If you do decide to do it in your home, be sure to get yourself a good drop cloth for spills and such. This is definitely a “win” for chalk paint in the whole painting furniture category. I enjoy being able to paint in my home when needed. The great thing about chalk paint is that there are really no fumes to speak of so the painting can be done inside the house if there is room. It’s a good idea to get everything together beforehand so you are prepared for anything that may come up while painting. Gather all of your supplies needed for the project. The properties are a little different and it’s always good to get a feel for a product before using it on something important…or large.
